About the Project
Erasmus+ training course in Trakai, Lithuania (February 2–11, 2026) focused on improving the quality of youth education through embodiment and coaching. The project explored how somatic approaches - connecting mind, body and emotion - can enhance youth workers' effectiveness and support the personal development of young people.
