Youth exchange 'Create & Regulate' in Zakopane, Poland (October 5–12, 2026). The project puts creativity and emotional regulation at the center, using art, digital tools, and self-expression as pathways to personal growth. Participants explore how creative processes can help regulate emotions and build resilience for everyday life.
